Refunds and Exchanges
Call Toll Free 1-(888) 212-7611 or email to 7colorin@gmail.com or sevencolorinc@yahoo.com to exchange or refund your full purchase price within 14 days of the transaction date (less shipping costs), assuming the item is in new, unworn condition. Please contact me prior to sending the item back and ask for a 'Returns Authorization number' (RA#).
1. For the (All merchandises are final sale. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE). For broken merchandise during transit by carriers, we provide free repair or exchange products, customers need to INFORM US WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY RECEIVED the products, and have ours authorization for any return products, it is customers responsible the shipping fee of the return products. If customer returns the merchandise, it is not for quality problem, we will charge 25% restocking fee of returning merchandise amount from customer, it is customer responsible the shipping fee of the return products. Customer must email us to get a return authorization for any return before ship out the merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorization returns will receive our store credit.

3. If your shipping address and billing address is different, you must to fill out a "Credit Card authorization form" to us, You don't need to do it again for your next order, if you use the same "Credit Card authorization form" information.

7. International orders will be shipped by USPS.
